This platform doesn't allow you to give 10 stars but if it did that would be my rating for Najjiyya's expertise in real estate. She was phenomenal to work with. She understood our brief for the house we were looking for and delivered - over-delivered. We thought we had an idea of what we wanted and she found a few bonus places for us to look at that weren't on our radar. One of them turned out to be our dream home. Najjiyya was all over it, getting us a great deal, and the team to help execute that deal. She is a wealth of knowledge about the purchasing process, the area (which we found out is a huge plus) and she even has an eye for house defects that could cost you down the line. Najjiyya is also personally very good about managing emotions and expectations. She will fight for you but also give you all the data you need to make an informed and objective decision - which is a godsend especially given the market we're in.I can't speak enough about how much she's been added value to our lives. She's now also a friend/cousin.
